Q.	Who would I contact about becoming a Vendor for this rally?

Q.	How many hotel rooms are available?
A.	There are 2000 rooms available within 2 miles of the Oasis Convention Center.
Q.	Who can attend the State Rally?
A.	The Rally is a private event held for H.O.G. members only. Each member may bring one guest. Associate H.O.G. members are members and should register as a member. The Rally is not open to the public.
Q.	Why should I register during the Early Bird period?
A.	Well first of all that is the ONLY way to receive a 2008 Rally Patch. Plus this year there will be a minimum of 5 Bonus Prizes to be given out as you check in to those members that registered Early Bird. Lastly, volunteers will be assigned on a first come basis. If you have not registered you can not volunteer.
Q.	What do I get with my registration fee?
A.	Members who pre-register are guaranteed a Rally shirt, Rally Pin, and any special items that may be given to those who pre-register. ONLY Early Bird registrations will receive a 2008 Rally Patch. Early Bird Deadline June 15, 2008 Rally Patches will NOT be available for purchase at the rally. Members who register on site will receive a Rally shirt & Rally Pin while supplies last. All Members & Guests may participate in all games, activities and are eligible to win prizes.
Q.	Can I buy a day pass?
A.	No. The Rally is a two day event and the cost is the same whether you attend one or both days.
Q.	Is it safe to register online with my credit card?
A.	Yes. H.O.G. uses VeriSign to validate the security of the online registration process. You can feel safe in using your Visa or MasterCard to register for the Rally. In 2007 75% of the members who pre registered for the St. Joseph rally did so online.
Q.	Does everyone need to wear a wristband?
A.	Yes. A wristband is required to enter the Rally site. All members and guests must have a wristband. NOTE: The wristband must be put on the attendee’s wrist in Registration. We are not allowed to give someone a wristband for someone else who isn't physically at Registration.
Q.	If I pre register when can I expect to receive my confirmation?
A.	Confirmations are mailed about 3-4 weeks after the pre registration cut off (July 17, 2008). Therefore you can expect to receive your confirmation around the middle of August.
Q.	What if I pre register and then something comes up that prevents me from attending the Rally? Can I still get my registration packet?
A.	Not a problem. You have a couple of options. First, you can give your confirmation to a friend who can pick up your packet (shirt, pin, etc.) and bring it back for you. They will not be able to pick up your wristband. Or, you can wait until the rally is over and send $10.00 to the Rally Treasurer and your packet will be mailed to you.
